Choose Your Campus & Enroll Now

Submit an application now for the 2017-2018 school year.  Only enroll your student in the lottery for the campus at which you intend your student to attend. Enrolling at multiple campuses will not increase your changes of being accepted to the LLA campus of your choice.

For the 2017-2018 school year and forward, our Layton campus may enroll 425 students (grades K-6) and our Ogden campus may enroll 567 students (grades K-6).

Open Enrollment Process

Students currently attending LLA need not re‐apply to the school through the OE process, but will need to indicate their intent to return to LLA for the 2017-2018 school year beginning in January as well as signing up siblings who want to attend LLA through the OE process. More information will be sent home to parents in January 2017.

Families will be notified via e‐mail of their child’s acceptance into the school through the computerized lottery program. Families selected will be notified of the next steps in the registration process and what timeline they will need to follow.

Please keep in mind if you are currently enrolled for the 2016-2017 school year and your child has not yet been selected through the lottery program, you will need to re‐enroll in the database for the 2017-2018 school year. Students not chosen through the lottery program will not be “rolled over” to the next school year.Preferences allowed by law for employees, board members, or siblings of current students will be allowed in accordance with our charter application and state and federal laws.

Siblings of current LLA students attending other schools will receive first preference of any openings in the school. Every effort will be made to accept all siblings in an individual family, but this may not be possible due to caps on class sizes.

Please contact the front office at (801) 593-9552 if you have any questions regarding Open Enrollment.
