Biography

David Gray grew up in Kaysville, Utah and currently resides in Syracuse with his wife, Sasha, and their three children.  David has an MBA degree from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration from Weber State University. In addition, David obtained his certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. Currently, David is the Human Resources Manager at Lagoon Amusement Park, where he oversees a seasonal staff of over 3,000 team members and a full-time year-round staff of 175. Aside from loving to go to work every day, David has a love for travel, his family and discovering a delicious treat to share with friends. David has a strong passion for education and is thrilled to be part of the Leadership Learning Academy.
