Biography

Chuma Uzoh was raised in the Ogden area. He attended Weber State University and the University of Utah to earn a B.S. in Physics. Chuma currently works for the Utah State Board of Education as a Leader over development in the Information Technology Section. Chuma previously worked at Hill Air Force Base for twelve years in various Information Technology Program Management positions. Chuma’s hobbies include learning, entrepreneurial business opportunities, participation in non-profit organizations, and traveling.  Chuma’s passion for helping others has been his drive for bringing Leadership Learning Academy into fruition. Chuma’s believes that significant investment must be made in children’s education today so that children will be well prepared to participate in the global economy of the future.  His vision for Leadership Learning Academy is to create an environment where teachers have the tools and resources to provide the best educational experience possible and all students can reach their full potential.
